Over the years, funeral service has evolved into what people expect in accord with their religious and or ethnic family customs. Thus, we have the word traditional. However, since our society today is so much more diverse than the previous generation, the word traditional takes on a new meaning.

Personalization is now blended with tradition to provide families with a reverent form of celebration, which reflects the life and memories of a loved one. The funeral directors at Grove Memorial Chapel have the experience and compassion to guide you in making the funeral arrangements you desire, honoring the wishes of your loved one. All the necessary selections can be made in a relaxed and comfortable setting. We can assist you with your cemetery purchase of a grave site and memorial stone or bronze.

Funeral services can be held either at your church, or in one of our beautiful chapels. Services usually follow a period of visitation or wake. A designated time to receive extended family and friends, who offer condolence to the living, and respect to the deceased. The visitation can be the afternoon and evening before the service day, or for a shorter period on the same day of the service. The service usually culminates with either earth burial, mausoleum entombment or cremation. We can also arrange for direct disposition by open or private burial, cremation or a gift to science; choices that are usually complemented with our beautiful memorial services. Another service we can provide is hassle free, out of the area, shipping. All of the fees for transport and out of town service, including cemetery, can be advanced by Grove Memorial Chapel. You only pay one charge to cover all funeral expenses. The same is true for receiving from out of the area. Our services are simply initiated with your phone call to our funeral home.
